  1. I have lost my user ID : You can use your email address
  2. Lost my password : Click "Forgotten Creditials" button and it will be emailed to you
  3. I cannot not set up a new account : Our system is based on ID by your email address. Your email address can only be in our system once. it may be already being used by another family member or we may have set up an account for you with a previous booking or enquiry. Click "Forgotten Creditials" button and put in your email address and a new password can be sent to you.
  4. Still not working : After a few attempts to log in the system may lock you out for about an hour - either call 01273 424842 and we can book it for you or try again in a bit
  5. Stuck - Call 01273 42 48 42  (Usually help on hand to 7pm) or email us

How to book online

  

  1. Click "Book Now"
  2. A new windowopens to login or register for an account
  3. Check the course and dates are correct - Click Next
  4. New window appears - check your contact details.
  5. Discount code - if you have a discount code click to enter it at the bottom of this page.
  6. Click next
  7. New page appears with the Invoice. Check it is correct and confirm you accept the booking terms and conditions.
  8. Click either "Add to shopping basket" or "Finish".
  9. New window appears -
  10. Click Check out to pay or "Continue Shopping" to add more courses.

A discount code has been applied incorrectly. You will need to call us. If you are confident you are entitled to the discount you can proceed with the booking and if you are owed a discount will will refund you as soon as possible. You will need to to call or email us to notify us of the problem.

Payment: We do not accept Amex online - we can by phone.

Has my booking gone through. You will get an email to confirm the booking and the payment. If you fail to get both emails something has gone wrong. The best course of action is to either call us or wait just over an hour before trying to rebook.
