We are offering youths who have completed their Stage 2, 3 or 4 (or have the equivalent experience) the opportunity to sail out on the sea from Brighton Marina on a weekly basis. The sessions are instructor led and will include coaching and some racing pointers to hone in on their skills and get the most out of the boats! For this youth Coastal Sailing Club we use our our Delphia 24 keelboats: This is a larger, more stable boat with a fixed keel which stops the boat from capsizing. Keel boats are a step up in size from dinghies, more like a small manageable yacht but not as big as a cruising yacht. They can bridge the gap between dinghies and cruisers, offering many benefits of both, to our young keen sailors.
Meet and sail with kids of a similar age out on the sea. Make friends and continue to learn in a fun and super friendly environment. Improve sailing skills taught by professional instructors.
Age 10+ for those that have completed a sailing course with us at Lagoon Watersports, Brighton Marina.
