Come and find out what all the fuss is about, on our SUP Fitness Workshop on April 2nd at Lagoon Watersports, Hove.
Everyone is welcome, no experience needed, all we ask is that you can swim 50 metres and are comfortable in the water.
You don’t need to be a fitness guru to get involved, with our workshop you will start with basic exercises on land, before transferring them to the boards! And if you have never stepped foot on a SUP before, fear not, we will teach you all you need to know, so you feel comfortable and confident on the water, before moving about and trying a few exercises.
Why not give it a try and see if you love it as much as we do. The worst thing that can happen is that you’ll get wet!
Work shop runs from 0930 – 1630 and are taught by a fully qualified SUPfit trainer. All equipment is provided.
£99.00 per person, includes a SUP Fitness work shop manual and attendance certificate.
