This course will be a blend of early morning Mindfulness Meditation, Stretching and SUP yoga teamed with learning how to Stand Up Paddleboard. The course will run over 4 Saturday mornings, each morning will run from 0800 to 0900.
SUP yoga strengthens the core, improves your balance, tones muscles, reduces stress and increases body awareness. As well as this, being on the water can be both tranquil and rejuvenating, helping you to achieve a relaxed and clear mind, whilst enjoying the surroundings of nature.
Most sessions will start with SUP yoga and mediation, followed by a relaxing paddle and ending with further yoga and meditation.
No previous Standup Paddleboarding or Yoga experience required.
You don’t need to be able to SUP. We will will provide all the tuition and equipment to get you Standup Paddleboarding
There is no need to be a yoga pro to get involved, starting with the basic poses on land, they can soon be transferred on to a stand up paddleboard.
All equipment, including wetsuit, boards, paddles and buoyancy aids.
Full instruction and training from a BSUPA trained instructor.
