Two click booking

For club members booking free sessions, once you are logged into your account, is just two clicks. No going through the check out. Once you have made a booking a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

Before you try and book online

Login on our website Your password from our previous system will not work – you will need to set up a new one. IF YOU SEE A SCREEN ASKING YOU TO REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT  – STOP email us or call 01273 42 48 42 option 2. Why are you seeing this screen? – Because we do not have this email for you in our system, or there has been a problem transferring your membership over from our old system. Ride Session Booking Rules

The wakeboard booking rules are built into our system. If you try to book more sessions than the rules allow the system will charge you. Your membership allows you to book

• 4 wakeboarding sessions in advance
• 2 wakeboarding sessions on Monday – Saturday
• 1 wakeboarding session on Sundays

Why is the website  trying to charge me and I have definitely not broken the booking rules ?  There has been a problem transferring your membership over from our old system, we have yet to activate a new membership or your membership has expired and needs renewing. Members discounted courses

As a member you get a range of discounts on most courses at the Lagoon. A Pro member saves 75% on a learn to SUP course. These discounts will be applied automatically when you book.
