  The Lagoon News Weekly.What a great weekend of SUPing and Windsurfing…thanks to all that got involved, was great to see so many people out on the water, enjoying the October sunshine! Wakeboarding There was a great turn out for Tantrums Wake Club this week, everyone was shredding! Big congrats to Buddy Redman who has been shredding at loads of wake comps all over the country, and has just won regional juniors at the Grass Roots Comp, keep up the good work! Windsurfing The weekend saw our second Wild Windsurf Weekender, with Nik Baker bringing loads of Fanatic and North demo kit down for everyone to try. On Sunday Sam Ross was down sharing his massive amount of windsurf knowledge and getting everyone out on the sea!! Check out his new windsurf tuition videos on his site. Stand Up Paddle Boarding On Saturday we held our first ever SUPathlon, there was a great turn out and very exciting to watch. Check out the SUPathlon Blog to find out how the race panned out. SUP Racing series at Hove Lagoon: We are starting our Brighton and Hove Autumn Race Series on the 13th October. This race series will comprise of 8 races, which will run every Sunday from the 13th October through to the 24th November. Entry is £10 per person for the entire race series. Fitness Fitness Sessions from next week will no longer be SUP based as the nights are drawing in – they will now change to land based sessions, which will be circuit based. They will run on Mondays and Wednesdays – 1830 till 1930. FREE to members, £5 for non members.
