Wing Foiling Club at Lagoon Watersports

The Wing Foiling Club Membership scheme is designed to cover your journey from beginner and intermediate foiler and beyond by offering the use of all the equipment you need and the support of free instructor-led training clinics.

Members of the club can use all our Fanatic and Duoone foiling equipment for no extra cost. One of the huge benefits is that members that are able to show very basic skills and an understanding of safety can take equipment away to other venues. If the conditions are too rough, or off-shore for a rider at Hove, then there are plenty of options on the coast or inland to find the riding that suits your ability.

The short quick building swells we can get off the Hove beach can make some epic foiling conditions for more experienced riders. These conditions can be challenging for novices. The beauty of the membership is you can just pick up the kit and head to a more suitable location on the day.

Wing foiling equipment is expensive, and easily damaged.  As such a new sport the equipment is developing very rapidly, and it is hard to keep up. Most riders also need very different equipment to start and improve on than they will have 6 months of riding. The club has a range of kit for all abilities.  Members have access to the latest Duotone hand wings from 3m upwards, Fanatic boards in a range of sizes and a selection of foil sizes, different ranges and the option of carbon masts.

Membership is not suitable for complete beginners, unless you are dead set you really want to become a winger. We recommend doing our Learn to wing Foil Package or having similar basic experience before joining the club.
