Corona Virus Update

In the interest of the health and wellbeing of our visitors, staff and local community, we’ve made the sad decision to temporarily close both our centres on Monday March 23rd. A Reopening date will be under continual review. We hope to reopen on April 30th

What do I need to do if I have a course booked between 23 March and 30th April 2020?

Nothing at this stage. We will contact you by email.

What do I need to do if I have a course booked for after 30th April 2020?

Nothing at this stage. Should the situation change, we will contact you via email.

We are confident our summer school holidays program will be running in full as normal.

Postponement by us due to Corona Virus

Until further notice, due to the coronavirus outbreak. All bookings that are postponed by us due Corona Virus will be rescheduled, or a credit will be added to your account for the value of the payment made. The credit that is valid for 2 years and can be us you a rebooking of your course at another date or a gift voucher to the value of the booking that is valid for two years, credited to your account. Unfortunately, under the extenuating circumstances linked to COVID-19, we can only offer you a rebooking or gift vouchers to the value of the booking. These vouchers can be used at a future date to suit you.

Club Members Payments

Membership Payments during this periodWe understand this is a very difficult time for everyone, and some of you will be going through financially stressful times. Please be assured we will be as supportive as we can to our customers and members. However, we are a business, and in order for the business to survive this crisis, we need to make sure we avoid a tsunami of cancellations if we are to come out of this. We therefore ask kindly that those who are able to, continue to make your normal membership payments. We will then extend your membership by the amount of time we closed for based on an opening date of April 1st, plus we will also give you an extra 2 weeks for free on top of this as a thanks for your support.

However if you feel you are cannot afford to keep paying your membership whilst we are closed. Then you can stop your payments. Your contract with us will be cancelled. We hope you will want to rejoin you can rejoin later in the summer. If you rejoin this year we will not increase your prices. If you need to cancel please email us to let us know.

NHS staff, please contact us and we will extend your membership by what ever period you are unable to use it, and we thank you for your incredible work.

Members that pay upfront in full, your membership will be extended by what ever period we are closed for from April 1st.
