What is Stand Up Paddle boarding?  (SUPing )
SUP ing originates from the idyllic island of Hawaii, it uses a board which you stand on and a paddle to help propel you along. SUP ing is fun, easy and suitable for all.  After a two hour learn to SUP course on Hove Lagoon, Brighton, you will be ready to hire a board and paddle on the sea, join our active SUP club and enjoy the freedom of Standup Paddleboarding.

SUP Fitness?  
SUP workouts differ slightly from your average workout! You get to spend time outdoors on the water in a safe relaxing atmosphere – whilst working out. SUPs are an excellent workout tool with great benefits in increasing core stability – combine this with an effective exercise routine and you have an awesome fun whole body workout. There is a class suitable for everyone and you don’t have to be an experienced paddler to take part! 

Lagoon Fitness aims to use the outside surroundings of the beach and the water to provide classes that will get you fit and having fun at the same time. The classes will use Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) and INDO Boards, combined alongside traditional exercises, to give a new effective and unique workout experience. Classes are based at Hove Lagoon, Brighton.

How do I get started ?
I have never been on a SUP before then you could try our 2 hour learn to SUP course  or our 1 hour Introduction to SUP fitness session,  both  courses will get you and paddling in no time! If you book the learn to SUP course you will get a free SUP fitness session.
