PADDLE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS IN 2013 Harvey Dawkins2018-02-09T11:51:27+00:00 We have released our new and exciting Stand Up Paddle Board Fitness classes for 2013. Keeping up with the massive craze in the states, Stand Up Paddle Board fitness is sure to be a hit in the UK. Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the latest watersport to hit our shores, its simple, its fun and it offers something for everyone. Whether its gentle paddle along the coastline on a sunny day or ripping it up on a wave session on the sea – its appeal is massive for all ages and abilities! Whatever way you use a Stand Up Paddle board, it provides a great all over workout, combine it with some traditional exercises designed for specific needs and the results can be amazing. SUP Fitness classes combine paddling, running and traditional exercises to give a full body workout to meet the need of every client. For beginners get to grips with board control and paddle techniques in a SUP FIT class, or for the more advanced guys get an intensive cardio workout in the SUP and Run class or a high intensity and resistance workout in SUP Circuits. On the Saturday 30th March we are holding a free GET FIT BY THE SEA event, which will see local fitness companies coming together to show what they have to offer. Come and get involved 0900 till 1300 – Take part in fitness classes, chat to fitness experts and get some advice on how to get fit in different and exciting ways in 2013. If you can’t wait till March, then get involved in our February FIT CLUB based at the Lagoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays – 1830 till 1930. We have Flood lights, We have Music and We have fun!
