TAKEPART is growing as the biggest celebration of sport and physical activity in thecountry. Across the two week festival, people of all ages are given the opportunity to try out a wide range of sports. The aim is to help people to find a sport that they like. If people are encouraged to increase their participation, they will benefit from a more active and healthy lifestyle. The wide programme of events and taster sessions shows people what sport can offer them, highlighting the vast range ofopportunities across the many sports clubs and facilities in Brighton & Hove.

- SUP (Stand up paddleboarding)
- SUP fitness
- wake boarding
The sessions include full tuition and all equipment hire and are aimed at complete beginners. NO previous experience is required, everything is provided including fun and success is guaranteed !
